CANCELLATION AND LATE POLICY I know things come up! To help me provide the best service to all clients, please note the cancellation policy: • Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment: A 25% cancellation fee will be applied. • No-shows: A 50% fee of the booked service will be applied. • Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance: No fee. Late Policy: • Arriving 10 minutes or more late: Your appointment may be canceled, and a 50% fee of the scheduled service will be applied. • I cannot guarantee the full service if you arrive late. 💡 Tips for clients: • Please notify me as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. I will always be as flexible as possible to accommodate emergencies. • Fees help compensate for reserved time that could have been offered to other clients. • If you do not see an appointment time that works for you, please message me privately on Facebook or Instagram for off schedule availability! I am happy to squeeze you in when I can 🤍 • Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early to your appointment.
